
Q: What kind of makeup brands do you use?
A: I use an array of prestigious brands, such as MAC Cosmetics, Laura Mercier, Makeup Forever, etc...to very affordable brands like NYX lippies and Black Opal. Remember, the finish comes from the skill of the artist, not soley from the "price" & "brand" of the product.
Q: How long does the makeover take?
A: A makeover can take approximately 35-45 minutes, for a standard application. For extensive drama, it can take up to 1 hour. For Brides, I like to allot 1hour and 15 minutes.
Q: Is a retainer (deposit) required to reserve an appointment?
A: A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required for all bookings to secure your desired date and time. This will need to be fulfilled at the time of your inquiry-No Exceptions. An invoice will be sent via email/text for completion.
Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?
A: You are required to cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a makeup/lash appointments. If this is not honored, the service(s) are to be paid in full for the missed appointment-no exceptions. Reminder, deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. For Wedding day cancellations, please refer to the Bridal Agreement.
Q: What will I need to bring to the appointment?
A: Just bring a clean face and groomed brows (waxed, razor, threaded, etc)! I will supply the makeup. If there is a special formula that
you use, it is ok to bring it for application.
Q: Do you offer travel services?
A: Yes! Local travel (CLT, NC) and out of state travel is available. The travel fee is a minimum $25 within the first 15 miles, round trip,adding an additional $0.60 per mile if the location exceeds 15 miles from zip code 28216.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: Cash, Debit and Credit Cards. Cash only for final payments. No personal checks are accepted unless discussed and agreed upon.
